It lies between Monaco (30 minutes) and the Italian border (10 minutes) and has all the charm of the French and Italian Rivieras. This unique apartment is located in between the magnificent Baroque Basilica of St Michel Archange de Menton and Plage des Sablettes, about a 1-minute walk from Menton’s famous Esacaliers, whose stairs zig-zag from the Old Town to the coast. It is close to many amenities such as restaurants, cafés, bakeries and two supermarkets, just a 4-minute walk from the front door. For the best local produce, head to the covered market, Le Marché des Halles, on Quai de Monleon (6-minute walk). Every day of the week you can find the finest regional food including cheese, fish, charcuterie etc. The city beach - La Plage des Sablettes is just a 3-minute walk from the apartment, so ideal for a morning swim or a day by the sea. It is next to the Vieux Port de Menton (the old port) where you can find some of the world’s most expensive yachts. Nice airport is just 40 minutes away.
